I'm honestly so proud of the #TSFYouthGroup tonight. It actually feels bigger than the brilliant news I received on Monday. 11 year old Kieran O'Dwyer, who is one of our lead members of the student council approached myself and Cassie with a request for a charity event. He told us about the special little girl Gracie who is in need for treatment, and Kieran, with help from the youths that attend our club wants to organise a charity fundraiser. I am so proud to hear this, as this is what the youth Club is all about; helping others, caring for one another and being role models for our community. So, Kieran and the team are organising a charity fundraiser on the 16th June at our youth Club, please attend, support and encourage Kieran to continue these kind thoughts as we raise money for our special Gracie. #allforgracie. Allforgracie Tudor. To support this important cause please donate on the below link; https://www.gofundme.com/f/gracies-treatment-in-america Tonight we welcomed our new Sgnt Todd Quiney and the Kingswinford Neighbourhood police team. Todd was very impressed with our Club and has vowed to support us. Youths also took part in sport activities which included football, cricket, basketball, arts and craft activity packs, a chill out room; which had board games and a Youth Council activity room. Special thank you to all my amazing volunteers and our new young volunteer led by Cassie Gray for their continued support. If you are interested in joining as a volunteer please contact me on 07786 196666. We have over 480 youths registered with 73 in attendance! We look forward to seeing you next week, please remember every Friday 6-8pm at the Source Centre Barnett Lane Kingswinford, free attendance.
